The 9/11 Official Reports and the Lobbies - An Analytical Review

The 9/11 terrorist attacks remain a subject of intense debate, with multiple conspiracies and counters to the official reports. One of the most criticized claims is the suggestion that the lobby explosions in WTC1 were due to jet fuel flowing down elevator shafts from the impact floors. This article aims to dissect this theory and explore the contradictions in the official version of events.

Fire Fighter Entrance to the Lobby

Post-attack videos of the lobby entry by fire fighters provide compelling evidence against the official theory. These videos demonstrate the absence of severe damage immediately after the planes hit WTC1. The video clearly shows that the lobby was not significantly damaged, suggesting that fire balls traveling down lift shafts, as claimed, would not have prevailed in causing such limited damage.

Plane Impacts and Elevator Shaft Diagrams

The following diagrams illustrate the plane impacts and the elevator shafts in the World Trade Center (WTC) buildings. As seen in the plane impact diagram, the express elevator is the only lift system that directly connects the impact floors and the lobbies. The floors beneath the impact zones were not significantly damaged, raising questions about how fire balls could have chosen the correct routes through the unaffected areas.

Additionally, the elevator shaft diagram highlights that the express elevator doors are only at the top and bottom. For fire balls to have entered, the aircraft impacts would have had to break the walls of the express elevator, an improbable feat given the robust construction of the building.

This raises further questions; how were the fire balls able to bypass the elevator car, which was occupied by an individual, yet retain enough force to shatter marble panels off the lobby walls and cause significant damage?

Fire Ball Behavior and Conjecture

Fire balls, expanding fire, will always take the path of least resistance. A gun barrel, for instance, must withstand the force of expanding gases to propel a bullet. Similarly, for fire balls to traverse lift shafts, the shafts would need to be structurally weak. Yet, for these fire balls to be strong enough to cause significant damage, as evidenced by broken windows and marble slabs, would require an incredible concentration of energy.

The large, open space where the fire balls were said to have entered the lift shafts would have posed a significant challenge. Not only would the fire balls need to retain enough energy to cause structural damage through a wide open area, but they would also need to do so without causing significant damage to the surrounding areas, including other elevators and the structural integrity of the building.

Contradictions and Eyewitness Accounts

The theory of fire balls traveling down lift shafts is further contradicted by numerous eyewitness accounts and video evidence of explosions throughout the day of the attack. Over a hundred reports and video evidence of explosions indicate that the damage was widespread and not confined to specific lift shafts or areas within the lobby.

Furthermore, the document containing 156 eye witness accounts of explosions provides a more comprehensive picture of the events. These accounts, combined with the physical evidence, highlight the inconsistencies in the official explanation and point towards a more complex and multifaceted cause for the damage to the lobbies.

Conclusion

The official reports regarding the lobby explosions in WTC1 are fraught with logical inconsistencies and do not hold up to scrutiny. The idea of fire balls traveling through lift shafts is both implausible and unsupported by the available evidence. The widespread nature of the damage and the numerous eyewitness accounts of explosions point towards a more complex set of causes for the damage observed on 9/11.
