Even if you only work a few hours a week, you should take advantage of this program. Since most retail employees work part-time, flexible schedules are available. Additionally, Apple will be looking for someone who is friendly and personable with a genuine desire to help people.

You won’t need extensive Macintosh or iOS experience to start, but it’s better if you’re familiar with the products. There will be training available. You will need to fit in with the current team and hopefully offer something the team is currently missing. That might be merely a certain availability or it might be a skill set.
