Ensure that all wearable and wall buttons work by conducting a range test. Turn on the “Range Test Mode” by pressing the “T/L” button on the landline base station or the “Mode” button on the cellular base station.

If the beeping stops, there’s likely a dead spot where the system and the button are not communicating. Move the base station to a more central location and try again.
