How to Reset Your Paytm Password Safely

From your registered mobile number, call the Paytm customer support hotline at 0120-4888-488.
Choose the language you are comfortable with during the conversation.
Based on the instructions provided, press 1 to proceed with the password reset process.
Click on the reset password link to enter a new password and confirm your new password.
By following these steps, you can quickly secure your account and prevent unauthorized access.
Temporarily Blocking Your Paytm Account
If you suspect that your account may be compromised, you can temporarily block your Paytm account. This provides a temporary security measure until you can reset your password or close your account permanently.
Go back to the main menu and select access my Account.
From the options, choose account.
Submit a request for blocking your account along with proof of account ownership.
A confirmation message will be sent to you once your account is blocked.
How to Raise an Account Closure Request

Log in to your Paytm account using your old phone number.
Click on the icon at the top left corner of the home screen.
