I spend most of my time at my home studying inside these 4 walls. Though I like being at home, it can get monotonous at times. Everybody needs a change, and there is nothing as refreshing as taking walks.
Since there is no park near my house, and I am too lazy to go to the one that is far, I usually take walks on the terrace. While it might not have the best physical benefits, it does help clear my mind after a rigorous study session. Simply looking at the sky and feeling the calm breeze can soothe my nerves and bring me a break from the boring routine. The joy it brings is immense. Even if it depends on the person, for me, the time I spend taking a walk is wonderful.
