Crazy Calls: The Night My Grandma Had an Accident

There are several phone calls that stick out in my memory, but one of the strangest was when I received a call from a man saying that my grandma had an accident in the middle of the night. Naturally, my heart raced and I ran to my mom's room, shouting that my grandma had had an accident. Much to my relief, and to the man on the other end of the line, my grandma was sleeping soundly. It was quite a bewildering situation, to say the least.

Another strange phone call involved a woman who mistakenly called me and accused me of being a third party in her husband's life. Initially, the situation was quite uncomfortable given the misunderstanding, but I managed to resolve it with a few calming words. Perhaps the most impactful phone call was when the assistant to my sister's boss called me.
