Covid-19 has compelled us to adopt new hygienic practices. Previously, washing hands was a regular habit, but now, hand sanitization has become an essential part of daily life. This dual approach to hand hygiene has become a norm, with individuals ensuring that both methods are utilized to minimize the risk of infection. However, this change has not been without its challenges. My hands, for instance, became extremely dry, leading to the formation of cuts. To counteract this, I began using moisturizers more frequently, and my skin has since improved.

I have started the practice of drinking warm water, which not only helps in averting colds but also aids in faster recovery if I do catch one. This simple change has numerous health benefits, making it a must-try for everyone. Additionally, I have noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality, which I attribute to the relaxation I experience from this practice.

Another significant change in my lifestyle has been the increased emphasis on incorporating vegetables into my diet. I now ensure not only to purchase fresh vegetables frequently but also to consume them regularly. This has a positive impact on my immune system, keeping me healthy and resilient. The isolation experienced by many has prompted a shift in how we value our relationships. I am heartened to see young people assisting the elderly with their daily chores and medications.
